Delete your data

Delete everything, and everything goes. Not in thirty days — now.

There is no undo, and that is deliberate: a thirty-day window means holding your child's work for thirty days after telling you it was gone.

In the app. Settings → Your data → Delete everything. It runs immediately.

Without signing in. You do not need an account to delete your data. If you never signed in, there is still a door in Settings, and it removes just as much.

One child, not both. You can remove one child and leave another alone. Two children share a phone; one finishes school. Their sister's work is untouched.

Can't get to the app. Lost the phone, uninstalled Vidoova, or Settings won't open — write to hello@vidoova.com from the email address you used to sign in, and we will do it.

Your account. Every session on it — every question your child asked, and every answer we gave. The report cards. And the photos we saved to this phone's gallery.

Two things stay behind, and neither one is your child's.

The printed textbook pages we have already read. Every family shares them, they carry no names, and a child's handwriting never enters them.

A count of how much a request cost us, attached to a session that no longer exists. Numbers, no words. It could not tell you who your child was.

We never kept the photo. It was read once, the words taken, and our copy deleted the same minute. Yours stayed in your gallery the whole time — yours to keep or to delete. When you delete your account, we take the ones we put there too.

We remove the photos we saved to this phone's gallery. If you moved or edited one, your phone now treats it as yours rather than ours — Android will ask before we can remove it, and you can say no. The app tells you exactly which ones stayed. And a photo Google Photos has already backed up to your Google account is beyond the app entirely; that copy is yours to remove from Google.
