The plain, short terms for using Vidoova.

These are the terms for using Vidoova. We've kept them short and plain. They are written in English, and the English version is the binding one.

Vidoova is operated by:

Vidoova is a study companion a parent uses with their child. It reads a page you photograph, explains it, answers questions about it, and checks handwritten work. It is a learning aid — not a school, not a tutor of record, and not an examination or assessment service.

Vidoova is built to teach carefully — to work only from the scanned page, to say when it can't read something, and never to hand over a final answer in student mode. Even so, an AI can make mistakes, and the app tells you when it is unsure. Treat its explanations as a study aid and check anything that matters.

A parent signs in with their Google account. The parent is the account holder and is responsible for the account — a child is never the account holder. One family's plan covers the children on that account — one child on the free plan, up to three on Plus.

Plus is our paid plan. It raises the daily limits, gives you more spoken answers every day and the premium voices, and covers up to three children on one account. Plus is bought only on vidoova.com — it cannot be purchased inside the app.

Annual Plus is a single payment, valid for twelve months from the date of payment. It does not renew automatically. We write to you before it ends — about a week before, and again a day or two before — with a link to buy another year if you want one. If you don't, your family simply goes back to the free plan.

In India, monthly Plus renews through a UPI Autopay mandate. Outside India, Plus is priced in US dollars and monthly Plus renews through a card mandate. Either can be cancelled any time; you keep the period you have paid for.

You pay the price shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Razorpay; Vidoova never sees or stores your card or bank details.

Monthly Plus: cancel any time from the Plus page on vidoova.com, after signing in. In India you can also stop the mandate from the UPI app that holds it. Either way future charges stop, and your access continues to the end of the month you have paid for.

Annual Plus: there is nothing to cancel — it simply ends after twelve months.

Use Vidoova to help with your own child's study. Please don't try to break its safeguards, misuse it, or use it for anything unlawful. We may pause an account for abuse; if we do, the app says a pause is in place and when it lifts, and you can write to us.

A parent gives consent for their child. How we handle that data — and how to see or delete it — is set out in the Privacy Policy. You can delete everything at any time, immediately, without signing in — see Delete my data.

We may update these terms; the date above shows when they last changed. If a change materially affects you, we'll email account holders before it takes effect.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Fatehpur, Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction.
