Refund and Cancellation Policy

When we refund a payment, how to ask for one, and how long it takes.

This policy covers Vidoova Plus, which is sold on vidoova.com. Payments are processed by Razorpay.

If you ask within 7 days of your payment, we refund it in full, no questions asked.

After 7 days we do not refund the remaining months. Annual Plus is a single payment for a year at a discount, and it runs to the end of its twelve months.

If you buy again when your year ends, that new payment gets its own 7 days.

Monthly Plus renews through a UPI Autopay mandate in India, and through a card mandate everywhere else.

A month that has already been charged is not refunded. You can cancel at any time, and your access continues to the end of the month you have paid for.

If a charge is taken after you asked to cancel, we refund it in full.

If you were charged twice, or charged for a payment that failed, we refund it in full. Always, regardless of how much time has passed.

Cancel monthly Plus from the Plus page on vidoova.com, after signing in. In India you can also stop the UPI Autopay mandate from the UPI app that holds it. Either way, all future charges stop.

Annual Plus has nothing to cancel — it does not renew on its own, and simply ends after twelve months.

Email hello@vidoova.com from the email address on the account, and include the payment reference — it is on the receipt email Razorpay sent you.

We answer within 3 working days.

Refunds go back to the UPI account or card that paid, typically within 5–7 working days of us approving them. The exact timing is your bank's or card issuer's, not ours.
